These terms govern your use of the CustomsCopilot website at customscopilot.ai. Use of the CustomsCopilot platform itself is governed by a separate written agreement between us and your organization. Where the two conflict, that agreement controls.
1 Acceptance
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you are using the site for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
2 The platform is separate
Access to the CustomsCopilot application requires a signed agreement. Nothing on this website creates a right to use the platform, and nothing here modifies the terms of a signed agreement. Pricing shown or discussed on this site is indicative and does not constitute an offer.
3 Informational content only
Content on this site — including any articles, guides, or reference material about tariffs, classification, filing requirements, or trade regulation — is general information. It is not legal advice, customs advice, or a substitute for the judgment of a licensed customs broker or a qualified attorney. Trade regulation changes frequently, and material here may be out of date. Do not rely on it for a specific shipment or filing decision.
4 Intellectual property
The site and its contents — text, graphics, layout, screenshots, logos, and software — are owned by YEM Corporation or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or use the content commercially without our written permission.
"CustomsCopilot" and our logo are marks used by us. Other names and marks are the property of their respective owners, and we claim no affiliation with or endorsement by them.
5 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Access the site by automated means except for well-behaved search engine crawlers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site except under a written authorization from us
- Interfere with the site's operation or overload our infrastructure
- Copy the site's design or content to build a competing offering
- Use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages
- Use the site in violation of any law, including U.S. export control and sanctions law
We may block access to anyone who violates these terms.
6 What you send us
If you submit a demo request, question, or feedback, you give us permission to use it to respond to you and to improve our products. Please do not send confidential trade documents, customer data, or anything you consider a trade secret through the website forms — those channels are not designed for it. Use the platform or a channel we have agreed with your organization.
Feedback and suggestions you volunteer may be used freely and without obligation to you.
7 Third-party links
The site may link to sites we do not control — government resources, industry publications, and similar. We provide those links for convenience and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
8 Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE CONTENT IS ACCURATE, CURRENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED. 9 Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YEM CORPORATION AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

10 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YEM Corporation from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms or of any law.
11 Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12 Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
